A&Z Pharmaceutical, Inc. of Hauppauge, NY and OSG (formerly Banner Pharmacaps) have entered an agreement to combine capabilities to produce high-containment softgels. A&Z will have exclusive rights to market products produced at OSG’s high containment facility in Alberta, Canada. OSG plans to increase manufacturing at its facility and A&Z will obtain expanded access to high-containment products. The companies aim to increase market share with the combined capabilities aimed at driving higher performance.
