Coating Place, Inc. has completed expansions and renovations to its Verona facility. 

CPI recently opened a 24,000-square-foot corporate office expansion, which includes a new front entrance, client conference rooms, and an executive boardroom. The Formulation Development, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Accounting departments have new, modern office spaces with flexible work areas for employees. This addition follows renovations completed nearly a year ago, which added a new 1,800-square-foot Quality Control laboratory, flexible workspaces, and breakroom.

Additionally, the expansion increased CPI’s on-site warehouse storage. The new DEA-approved, 28,000-square-foot controlled substance warehouse includes a 1,500 pallet CS schedule II vault. The vault is ready to house a recently FDA- approved controlled substance product. The warehouse also includes humidity controlled storage, document retention, and product storage
