Peli BioThermal Opens Cold Chain Network Station in Southern California

New location supports pharma and biopharma companies with cold chain solutions from discovery through distribution of commercial products.

Peli BioThermal, a life science partner from discovery to distribution, opened its newest full-service network station in Valencia, CA. The new location supports California’s more than 1,800 pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies with cold chain solutions from discovery of new therapies through distribution of commercial products.

Peli BioThermal’s newest location is situated 65 miles from the Port of Los Angeles, one of the busiest container ports in North America, and near Los Angeles International Airport, Ontario International Airport Southern California, and Burbank Airport.

The 54,000 square foot space offers conditioning and refurbishment services for customer-owned inventory, as well as the company’s Crēdo on Demand and Crēdo on Reserve rental programs, which provide high performance, flexible rental for Crēdo Cargo, Crēdo Xtreme and Crēdo Cube temperature-controlled shippers.

“Multiple California cities rank in the top 10 U.S. locations for pharmaceutical research and development. Two of those cities are in Southern California,” said Dominic Hyde, Vice President at Peli BioThermal. “A full service, Peli BioThermal owned location near some of the biggest pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the world furthers our commitment to expand our global network in ways that support customer growth and convenience.”
