Neopharm Labs Inc., a full-service analytical laboratory serving the pharmaceutical industry, has acquired MS Pharma, a company that specializes in chemical and microbiological quality control analyses.

The new acquisition is the latest in a series that began in 2016 with the acquisition of Averica Discovery, a Boston-based contract research organization (CRO) specializing in early phase studies and analytical method development, which enabled Neopharm Labs to expand its geographic reach in the U.S.
