BioDuro-Sundia, a global contract research, development, and manufacturing organization (CRDMO) that launched a new compound management center earlier this year, has appointed Alan Findlater as Chief Commercial Officer.
 
Findlater has more than 25 years of experience in senior commercial leadership within the life sciences and pharmaceutical services sectors. He has a strong history of guiding high-performing teams of up to 150 members, overseeing intricate product and service portfolios, establishing valuable alliances with industry giants like Amgen, Pfizer, and Roche, and successfully implementing strategic growth initiatives worldwide.

Findlater holds a bachelor’s in chemistry from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA from Warwick Business School, both in the U.K.
