Tobin Scientific, a provider of cGMP-compliant warehousing and transportation solutions for the life sciences sector, has opened its newest cGMP warehouse in Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Located 20 miles north of Boston, this facility is designed to meet the growing demand for pharmaceutical materials storage and distribution capabilities at a range of temperatures in compliance with cGMP standards.

This is our third facility build in as many years, with sites four and five already identified and early design-build work underway—a testament to the operational model we’ve refined and the long-term confidence we have in our strategy.”

The 40,000-square-foot Wilmington-based warehouse features a 32-foot clear height and a high-density ultra-narrow aisle racking system optimized for efficient material handling. It offers dual -20°C cold storage chambers with full redundancy, supported by a building-wide backup power system to ensure uninterrupted operation. This facility is validated to keep the temperature between 15°C and 25°C, maintaining strict environmental conditions consistent with cGMP standards.
