NewAge Industries, Inc., manufacturer of high-purity single-use fluid transfer components and systems, is expanding its product line with new AdvantaPure PETG bottles.

AdvantaPure’s new line of high-clarity PETG bottles for bioprocessing and fluid handling applications is available in 125, 250, 500, 1000, and 2000 mL sizes. Designed to support the demanding requirements of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments, these bottles are currently available by the case or as part of a fully integrated sterile single-use assembly.

Manufactured from durable PETG with a high-density HDPE closure, the bottles provide chemical resistance, strength, and transparency for reliable process fluid visualization. A sloped shoulder design promotes complete emptying, helping minimize product hold-up and improving process efficiency. The knurled cap design enhances grip for easier handling and enables more precise torque application to ensure secure closure during fluid transfer and storage operations.

AdvantaPure PETG bottles are rated for temperatures down to -121°F (-85°C), making them well-suited for cryogenic storage and low-temperature biopharmaceutical applications. With a combination of clarity, durability, and thoughtful design features, these bottles are designed to provide a dependable solution for bioprocess storage, transport, sampling, and single-use system integration.

As an added benefit, a comprehensive validation package is available for all bottle sizes, supporting the documentation needs of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments. All sizes are maintained as standard stocked inventory to help mitigate supply chain disruptions and reduce delays often associated with extended manufacturing lead times.

“Adding a bottle line moves us forward to our ultimate goal of providing our global industry partners with everything they need for bioprocessing,” shares Mary Marcus, CEO, “and having our own line enables us to offer a bundled product offering, saving time and cost while providing the high quality and service our partners have come to rely on.”
