ACG Engineering, a division of ACG, an integrated pharmaceutical solutions and manufacturing company, has appointed Nikhil Kulkarni as the Group CEO of ACG Engineering. Based out of the company’s office in Pune, Kulkarni will lead the strategic direction and operations of its engineering division.

With over two decades of global leadership experience in the automotive sector, Kulkarni brings expertise in global product strategy, business development, P&L management, and end-to-end product lifecycle execution. In his new role, he will report directly to Karan Singh, Managing Director of ACG, and will drive innovation aligned with ACG’s mission to create a healthier world.

Kulkarni’s career spans multiple global markets, including India, the US, Europe, and China, where he has held senior leadership roles at multiple companies. He has successfully led strategic initiatives across a broad range of technologies and products.

An engineer by training, Kulkarni holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Shivaji University, India. He is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) professional.
