Dr. Graham Wood has been appointed executive vice president, Phase I Clinical Development, Algorithme Pharma, part of the Altasciences Group. Dr. Wood will be involved in all aspects of Phase I trials.  
  
Dr. Wood has worked in clinical pharmacology and has managed new molecular entities from toxicology to Phase IIa, as well as first-in-human to Phase IIa and conducted more than 200 clinical pharmacology studies. He has held senior level positions with several leading CROs, where he consulted with pharma and biopharma companies on drug development needs and accelerating the clinical development process, from first-in-man to proof of concept.
