Avéma Contract Services, a contract development manufacturing organization (CDMO), will showcase its range of services at the CPhI North America Conference (April 24-26, Philadelphia Convention Center, Booth #1636). Avéma provides turnkey contract manufacturing and packaging for oral solid and liquid dosage delivery systems.

Jeff Speicher, commercial general manager, pointed out that its parent company, PL Developments, is one of the leading suppliers of over-the-counter solid and liquid dose remedies, so Avéma has access to a library of formulations, state-of-the-art manufacturing and packaging facilities, and the experience to help at every stage of product development.

To support its customers with capacity, redundancy and the latest technology, Avéma has continued to expand its resources. “In addition to our facilities in New York, Miami and California, we also just added new facilities in South Carolina,” said Mr. Speicher. “This adds more than 200,000 square feet for the manufacturing of liquid topicals and first aid products and an additional 300,000 sq. ft. which are being configured to support new and innovative manufacturing techniques.”
