Mike Sullivan has been named president of Avion Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Sullivan joined the company in 2011 as vice president of sales and marketing. He has expertise in building corporate “start-up” pharmaceutical organizations and has been instrumental in the commercial development, infrastructure and successful launch of Avion during the past three years. Mr. Sullivan has spearheaded eight product launches at Avion, while also re-launching the prescription Prenate Prenatal Vitamin Family. Mr. Sullivan has also held senior management positions with UCB Pharma, Novartis, Sanofi and Ther-Rx Pharmaceuticals.
