Bioserv Corp. has established a new Project Management Office, which will be integrated under one management system. All aspects of a client’s project from analytical, quality, process development to production, will be organized, managed and coordinated through the project manager. 
 
The project manager will manage external and internal activities with input received from business development, production/technical operations, finance, and quality. The project manager will interact directly with each discipline to help ensure the client’s product is manufactured and delivered on time.
 
Rich Masino, Bioserv’s vice president of sales and marketing, said, “It is absolutely critical that we meet our clients’ biggest demand which is to ensure their projects are delivered on time, every time. To be certain this occurs frequently is to assign a single point of contact that is responsible not only for managing the client’s project from start to finish but to possess outstanding communication and organizational skills so that the client is always up to date. I am very excited about implementing this new department within Bioserv.”
