Catalent has appointed Lisa Evoli senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Evoli replaces Ricardo Pravda, who will assume the role of chief transformation officer.

Evoli will be responsible for leading Catalent’s global human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and performance management.

She joins Catalent from Integra Lifesciences, a global medical technology company based in Princeton, NJ. Prior to her tenure at Integra Lifesciences, Evoli held senior leadership roles at TE Connectivity, Johnson & Johnson, and Motorola.
