ClinTec International is expanding its Russian operations, employing additional staff in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk. The company also recently launched its Masters in International Clinical Research in conjunction with Edinburgh Napier University. The three-year course is scheduled to receive its first intake of students later this month and in September 2013. The course is designed for clinical research professionals and graduates, and covers all aspects of the clinical research process.

ClinTec International’s chief executive officer and founder, Dr. Rabinder Buttar, said, “We are rightly proud of the important work we have conducted in Eastern Europe since our formation in 1997, and the continued expansion of our Russian operations shows the commitment we have towards conducting clinical research within this area. Coupled with the launch event for the Masters course marking the start of enrolment for Eastern European students, we are continuing to make important and innovative strides in this highly competitive and emerging marketplace.”
