CoreRx Inc., a CDMO with formulation, development and GMP manufacturing sites in Clearwater, Florida and San Rafael, California, has appointed Sitakant (S.K.) Chaudhury as chief financial officer and as a member of CoreRx’s Executive Leadership Team.
 
Chaudhury, a global finance executive and leader, brings to CoreRx over 25 years of experience building, scaling, transforming and leading world-class organizations. Most recently he worked as chief financial officer of Tennessee-based Aphena Pharma Solutions. He has worked with and consulted for entrepreneurial start-ups and for large organizations, with noted achievements including nine successful M&A transactions.
 
In his role as chief financial officer, Sitakant will oversee CoreRx’s finance, accounting, controlling and IT functions and will also be responsible for leading the implementation of CoreRx’s ERP platform. Additionally, Sitakant will work closely with CoreRx’s Executive Leadership Team in planning, assessing, developing and executing against CoreRx’s strategic plan and growth initiatives, including all M&A, capacity expansion and technology acquisition activities.
