Cryopak, a subsidiary of TCP Reliable, has opened its new manufacturing facility in Poway, CA. The expansion strengthens the company’s Good Distribution Practices (GDP) to better serve clients throughout the western U.S. This new location will primarily focus on the production of insulated shipping containers and gel packs, as well as stocking and supplying select phase change products.
 
Maurice Barakat, president and chief executive officer, said, “The addition of local manufacturing will allow us to provide better support to our customers on the west coast and the important Southern California market. Here at TCP, we strive to make life better by improving the safe distribution of health care products, and our new Poway site will certainly support this mission.”
