DPT Manager Elected to DCAT Board

Pam Tyler, a purchasing manager at DPT Laboratories, was recently recognized by the Drug, Chemical and Associated Technology Association (DCAT) for her service to the organization.

Pam Tyler, a purchasing manager at DPT Laboratories, was recently recognized by the Drug, Chemical and Associated Technology Association (DCAT) for her service to the organization. Ms. Tyler has been elected to serve as DCAT’s vice president of the contract formulation, fill, finish and packaging industry segment of the executive committee of the board of directors for 2010-2011. She recently completed a one-year term on DCAT’s board of directors. Ms. Tyler has worked for DPT for more than 10 years and is a certified production and inventory control manager.

“It is certainly an honor to be elected by your peers in the industry,” Ms. Tyler said. “This is an exciting opportunity and I look forward to the challenges of my new role.”

“We are grateful for Ms. Tyler’s dedicated service to the DCAT organization,” said executive director Margaret Timony. “Through her committee work and service on the board, she has helped to strengthen the organization and shape its programs and policies. We look forward to her continued service on the board.”

DCAT is a non-profit association made up of members from companies across the pharmaceutical industry. The organization aims to promote business development opportunities for its members through networking and educational support programs.
