DS Healthcare Group has signed an agreement with a global healthcare company to provide the formulation, ingredients and its technology for use in a topical product. The product when launched will be distributed by the global healthcare company under their own brand following successful development. DS Healthcare will act as the exclusive ingredient supplier for five years, which will automatically renew under certain conditions.
