Gannet BioChem, a specialty chemical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), has promoted Bob Rodebaugh to Vice President of Technology.

This move comes after Gannet BioChem named a new CEO, CFO and COO earlier this year.

In this role, Rodebaugh will oversee process and analytical development as well as program management, ensuring customers benefit from a seamless and integrated path throughout the drug development lifecycle. He brings CDMO experience and most recently led Gannet BioChem’s Huntsville manufacturing operations. Rodebaugh holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Duke University.

“Expanding our executive team, alongside continued investment in our capabilities — including doubling the capacity of our packaging facilities — positions Gannet BioChem for its next phase of growth,” said Nick Shackley, CEO at Gannet BioChem. “By elevating a proven leader into this key role and refining our structure, we are ensuring the company remains agile, efficient, and prepared to meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners in the biopharmaceutical industry.”
