Harlan Contract Research Services (CRS) Cytotest Cell Research GmbH in Rossdorf, Germany, has been selected for inclusion in the European Union Network of Laboratories for the Validation of Alternative Methods (EU-NETVAL). EU-NETVAL supports alternatives to animal testing and the development of methods to reduce, refine or replace animals used for scientific purposes, as well promote the scientific and regulatory acceptance of non-animal tests.
 
Harlan CRS Cytotest Cell Research will contribute to the development of guidance documents, procedures, training materials and collaboration tools that facilitate the development, validation and acceptance of alternative methods.
