To ensure the sustained efficacy of photosensitive drugs, IL Group’s Light Protect Pack blocks harmful light at wavelengths as low as 380 nanometers (violet), providing protection against photodegradation. The solution series also includes options using amber material effective as low as 500 nanometers, allowing manufacturers to tailor light shielding based on specific product requirements. Lastly, a 700-nanometer aluminum label option rounds out the full suite of solutions.

Light Protect Pack shields light even for applications involving clear glass vials or syringes, which can be made of glass or plastic. This allows for visual inspection during the reconstitution process while maintaining long-range light protection.
