Jones Packaging, Inc. has recently invested in a fully automated solid dose plastic vial filling line at its contract packaging services facility in the Greater Toronto Area, that’s capable of filling 12 million vials annually.
 
The fully integrated line also includes carding and blistering for market-ready packaging. Also, the Jones Printed Packaging division designs and manufactures the card and label components in-house.
 
All production takes place within a cGMP facility, inspected by both the FDA and Health Canada. Last year the company invested in a 76,000 sq.-ft. contract packaging facility with increased production and warehousing capacity, including 18 class 100,000 clean rooms.
