Kindeva Appoints Mike Cowhig as Chief Legal Officer

Kindeva, a global drug delivery contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), has appointed Mike Cowhig as Chief Legal Officer to drive legal strategy, enterprise risk management and corporate governance across the organization.

Experience

With over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry, Cowhig has previously held several Senior Leadership positions, including divisional General Counsel, highlighting his extensive expertise in managing large-scale manufacturing projects across diverse markets whilst upholding the highest ethical business practices.

As part of his role, Cowhig will be responsible for aligning legal initiatives with Kindeva’s growth objectives, nurturing customer relations, and providing legal counsel for business-critical challenges, in addition to evolving Kindeva’s compliance program in the face of regulatory changes and managing all aspects of global corporate governance.
