Merck Adopts Veeva Vault CRM

Will support Merck as it prepares for launches across new therapeutic areas and modalities.

Merck, known as MSD outside of the United States and Canada, has committed to Veeva Vault CRM, which will support Merck as it enters a significant launch period across new therapeutic areas and modalities.

Vault CRM is part of the Vault CRM Suite of deep applications designed to drive more effective commercial execution across personal and digital channels. Vault CRM Suite addresses the industry’s regional and country-specific business and compliance requirements.
