Michael Isele has been hired as site manager of NextPharma’s facility in Waltrop, Germany, the group’s FDA-approved centre of excellence for solid dosage form and topical hormone development and manufacturing. Mr. Isele has more than 27 years’ experience in the pharma industry, most recently at the Vetter group, where he held a number of head of production roles and was successful in achieving site FDA approvals.

Dieter Gothier has been hired as site manager of NextPharma’s facility in Bielefeld, Germany, which produces modified release technologies. Mr. Gothier has a 20-year track record in the pharma industry, including production director and site manager positions at Hameln, Haupt Pharma and Gerresheimer.
