Stephan Reuter has been appointed chief executive officer of OPTIMA pharma GmbH in Mornshausen. The Mornshausen plant manufactures freeze-drying systems for the pharma and biopharma industries.
 
Mr. Reuter joins the company from B. Braun Melsungen AG, where he held an executive position. He has 20 years of professional and management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His previous roles included the development of project management processes, management of international product development and investment projects, project management of departments and the execution of major projects worldwide. He also held roles as head of project management and engineering, management consulting, and led international plant engineering companies.
