Overlook Industries, Inc. has recently purchased the entire facility that houses the company’s operations in Easthampton, MA. The company will be taking over a significantly larger portion of the 10,000 sq.-ft. facility, nearly doubling usable space. Preliminary plans include the expansion of manufacturing and an additional clean room.
 
“The purchase of this facility demonstrates Overlook’s commitment to our customers that we are a stable and dedicated supporter of their filling operations. We want to send a strong message to supply chain that we are prepared to provide an uninterrupted source of custom OneShot single-use filler needles and Freedom Filler kit fluid path assemblies long into the future,” said president John Morin.
 
The company has also named Hebmüller SRS Technik, a provider of customer-optimized valve solutions, as its exclusive distributor of Germany. Additionally, Poliflux was named an exclusive distributor of France and Pharmaceutical Processes Systems, Inc. was named an exclusive distributor of Puerto Rico. Poliflux specializes in the implementation of fluids for biotech pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and other industries, and PPS supplies high quality materials and equipment to these industries.
