PharmaLogic Holdings Corp., a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specialized in radiopharmaceuticals, has completed its previously announced acquisition of a majority stake in Agilera Pharma AS from the Institute for Energy Technology (IFE) in Norway.
