Pragmatrix Technology (Pragmatrix), a provider of SaaS solutions for the cell therapy industry, has entered a partnership with Achieve Clinics (Achieve), a Los Angeles, CA biotechnology company improving patient access to autologous cell therapies.

A customized version of PragLife, Pragmatrix’s flagship platform, will be implemented to support Achieve Clinics’ operations end-to-end. PragLife is a therapy orchestration platform designed to meet the needs of the cell therapy industry.

PragLife supports operational scalability by centralizing operations and ensuring compliance with Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC) standards.

“We are excited to collaborate with Achieve Clinics, a partner that shares our commitment to using technology for impactful healthcare solutions,” said Yoga Balaji, CEO of Pragmatrix Technology. “With PragLife, Achieve Clinics can streamline their cell therapy workflows and focus on their mission to expand cell therapy access to more patients.”

The Achieve Clinics Portal by Praglife will enable patients, clinicians, apheresis facilities, cell processing, and cryopreservation sites, cold chain logistics providers, and cell therapy manufacturers to interface seamlessly. The Portal offers automated integration scheduling, collection, freezing, and tracking in a 21 CFR Part 11-compliant system capable of data-level auditing.

“Our goal is to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients, so there is zero room for error when we are entrusted to help connect them to a future treatment,” said Brad Heller, PhD, CEO of Achieve Clinics. “This Portal will enhance efficiency and enable us to maintain the highest level of patient safety and data quality. We trust PragLife to manage COI and COC so the PRO-Aph we collect from patients and the associated data meet or exceed the standards demanded by regulators and cell therapy manufacturers.”
