ProPharma Group, a compliance services company, has acquired Professional Information Ltd. (PI), a provider of medical information services.  The acquisition creates a global medical information (MI) service organization by combining PI with Advanced Response Management (ARM), a subsidiary of ProPharma Group that provides MI services in the U.S., resulting in a large, global organization exclusively focused on MI.
 
PI, headquartered in Richmond, UK with an office in Melbourne, Australia, handles medical information inquiries, capturing and reporting adverse events, and medical information-writing services throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, supporting more than 22 languages. ARM provides Medical Information services in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America through its Overland Park, KS offices.
