The MicroCNX connectors are a new category of aseptic micro-connectors that provide a simple, efficient method of connecting tubing for small-volume aseptic processing.

These connectors provide an alternative to the process of tube welding and are engineered specifically for the challenging conditions of biologic media transfer in bioprocessing, cell therapy and gene therapy applications.

In upstream and downstream processing, sterility assurance is critical. Innovative connection technology allows bioprocessing manufacturers to make aseptic connections quickly and easily between single-use bag systems, tube sets and/or stainless process equipment.

Qosina carries the complete series of AseptiQuik and MicroCNX micro-connectors, offering a wide range of options—from 1/8 inch (0.125 inch, 3.2 mm) to 1 inch (0.5 inch, 25.4 mm) hose barb termination sizes, with a 3/4 inch (0.75 inch, 19.1 mm) and 1 1/2 inch (1.5 inch, 38.1 mm) sanitary option.
