Quanticate, a global data-focused Clinical Research Organization (CRO), has named Lee Patterson as the its chief operating officer (COO). 
 
Reporting to Quanticate’s chairman and chief executive officer David Underwood, Patterson will work across Quanticate’s global office network (UK, North America, India, South Africa, and Poland). He will help guide and implement innovative tools, services and approaches with a constant focus on quality.
 
In his previous roles, Patterson has been responsible for teams of over 1,400 employees spanning multiple countries with revenue in excess of £500 million ($682.5 million). He has developed and implemented several global process improvements programs, provided global leadership for operations across five countries and led business system and revenue recognition processes. 
 
Patterson’s experience will support Quanticate in expanding its global footprint to meet growing client needs across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors.

Prior to Quanticate, Patterson served in global leadership positions at various pharma companies and CROs including; Covance, Pathfinder Protek, Sanofi and Biomen Diagnostics.
