Victor Dixon has been appointed president and chief operating officer at Rondo-Pak, a provider of folding cartons to the pharma, biotech and medical device industries. Mr. Dixon will oversee the company’s business development and promotional strategies, focusing on day-to-day operations, as well as growth, market positioning and a new branding initiative.
 
Mr. Dixon has a broad range of both packaging and promotional experience. Most recently, he served as president, chief executive officer and operating partner for Brandstir, a mobile marketing specialty firm that links printed packaging and digital content with smart phones. Prior to this, he spent three years with Catalent Pharma Solutions as vice president and general manager of Printed Components, and served as president and chief executive officer of Cortegra Group, Inc.
