Ropack will now provide comprehensive solid oral dosage drug development and manufacturing, along with its longstanding packaging and clinical trial distribution services. To reflect the expanded capabilities, the company will be branded as Ropack Pharma Solutions (RPS).
 
As part of the company’s strategic growth plan, RPS acquired two pharmaceutical facilities in Long Island, NY, formerly operated by Forest Laboratories. Totaling more than 213,000 sq.-ft., the facilities add considerable capacity and key technologies to support projects from formulation development through commercialization; as well as establishes a presence in the U.S.
