Sinclair Research has appointed Michael Eliel as senior director of operations. The company has also named Anthony Rohr as consultant for special projects and management improvement.

Eliel will have responsibility for the company’s in vivo operational processes while driving the quality and efficiency of Sinclair’s research technical staff to keep pace with the growth of the company’s IND enabling toxicology business as well as overall growth. He joins Sinclair Research from MPI Laboratories, where he grew through the ranks with positions in safety pharmacology, laboratory operations and managed more than 200 people. 

Rohr was the senior director of laboratory operations at MPI Laboratories before joining the Sinclair team. He started his career as a research technician and developed into an operational leader managing more than 600 staff members.
