Steriline to Present Robotic Filling Line at CPHI Frankfurt 2025

The RNFM22 is an advanced robotic solution designed for primary packaging.

Steriline, a manufacturer of aseptic packaging lines for injectable and ophthalmic products, will participate in CPHI Frankfurt from October 28–30, 2025. The company will showcase its new RNFM22 robotic filling line, designed to improve manufacturing efficiency and regulatory compliance through flexible automation and AI integration.

“CPHI is a key event for Steriline to meet with our partners from all over the world,” said Federico Fumagalli, Chief Sales Officer of Steriline. “We are a company that constantly innovates and works on complex and bespoke technologies. The Frankfurt event is therefore an important showcase for presenting all our solutions to the market.”

The RNFM22 is an advanced robotic solution intended for primary packaging of nested containers (6R to 50R), pre-filled syringes (PFS), and cartridges. It includes a Combo dosing system (peristaltic or volumetric pumps), an IPC system for weight control (statistical or 100%), and three Stäubli robots to prevent glass-to-glass contact. Additional features include a stopper vibrating feeder with tool-less format change and an optional stopper position inspection system.

The CPHI stand will feature an Automatic Debagger (ADB), an Automatic Delidder/Deliner (ADE), and the RNFM22 robotic filling machine. The system supports closing of syringes and cartridges, partial or full stoppering of vials, and handling of both water-like products and suspensions. Production capacity is up to 2,400 vials and 3,500 syringes (1 ml PFS) per hour, excluding IPC.
