Theratechnologies and Actelion Pharmaceuticals Canada, Inc. have entered into a supply, distribution and licensing agreement. Theratechnologies will provide Actelion with exclusive commercialization rights to tesamorelin in Canada. Actelion will purchase tesamorelin for an undisclosed transfer fee.

Actelion will be responsible for all regulatory and future commercialization activities for tesamorelin in Canada. Theratechnologies will be responsible for the manufacture and supply of tesamorelin.

Huss, president and chief executive officer of Theratechnologies.
