Trividia Manufacturing Solutions, formerly PJ Noyes, is expanding its capabilities and its physical footprint to meet growing customer demand for liquid and tablet manufacturing and filling. The need for quality contract manufacturing of lotions and creams continues to be in high demand.

The company is investing in a new state-of-the-art tube fill line that aims to improve operational efficiency and increase capacity. Additionally, the “warm fill” feature of the new machinery will allow the company to expand its capabilities to fill higher viscosity products.  “The speed of change-overs between products and the additional capabilities of this equipment will allow TMS to offer more solutions to better serve our customers,” said Jennifer Cusick, Director of Sales.

TMS has also finalized the acquisition of the adjacent building, increasing available product storage space and improving supply chain efficiency for better and faster delivery to our customers.

“Continued investment in our business to meet the growing demand of our customers is the primary goal of every employee at Trividia Manufacturing Solutions as we strive to be the company of choice for contract manufacturing of liquids, lotions, creams, gels, and tablets,” said Dean Hoffman, Senior Director of Operations.
