Vaximm Taps Sébastien Wieckowski as New Chief Scientific Officer

Vaximm AG has named Sébastien Wieckowski, PhD, Chief Scientific Officer. The company, a subsidiary of OSR Holdings, specializes in oral T-cell immunotherapies for cancer.

According to Vaximm, Wieckowski has multidisciplinary experience including the areas of immunology and advanced data science.

Chief Scientific Officer’s Role

Vaximm is currently advancing its lead candidate, VXM01, through further stages of clinical development. VXM01 targets vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR-2) and has demonstrated safety and clinical activity in multiple indications.

As Chief Scientific Officer, Wieckowski will captain strategic enhancements to the VXM platform.
