Vetter, a globally operating contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), said that its U.S. clinical manufacturing facility located at the Illinois Science+Technology Park in Skokie has been named as one of “Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.”
 
The award, sponsored by the National Association for Business Resources, recognizes only those companies that have distinguished themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful human resources approach. An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories which include among others, compensation; benefits and employee solutions; employee rnrichment; work-life balance; communication and shared vision; diversity and inclusion, and community initiatives.
