ILEOS, a packaging company for beauty & healthcare industries, has acquired Aphena Health and Beauty, a division of Aphena Pharma Solutions in the U.S. that specializes in development and manufacturing of sampling vehicles for the color cosmetics and fragrance industries.
 
Aphena Health and Beauty, managed by Dominick Montano, has 60 employees and is located in Whippany, NJ. The company is expected to achieve revenues of approximately $13 million in 2013, with continued growth.
 
ILEOS currently has 18 manufacturing locations in Europe, the U.S., Brazil and China, with 4,200 employees. The acquisition expands ILEOS’ development and manufacture of promotional products and services for the fragrance and cosmetics industry through its dedicated worldwide division BIOPLAN and its recently acquired U.S. subsidiary LE PAPILLON-BIOPLAN, managed by Hervé Bichon.
