Steve J. Menzies bas been appointed chief financial officer and board director at Marken Group. He succeeds Alan Gullan who stepped down from the role on April 30.
 
Mr. Menzies has 26 years of senior operational and board level finance experience, most recently as interim chief financial officer for IMI plc’s TA Hydronics business in Sweden. Previously he served as chief financial officer and senior vice president, Operational Excellence for First Data Corp.’s International reporting segment, with responsibility for EMEA, APAC and Latin America & Canada.
