Michael M. Nolan, AMRI’s senior vice president and chief financial officer, is leaving the company. Felicia Ladin will take over the role, effective February 4, 2015. Mr. Nolan will remain through February to support the transition.
Ms. Ladin, a CPA, brings more than 20 years of finance, accounting and tax management experience, and has spent the majority of her career in the pharma industry. Most recently, she was senior vice president, chief financial officer, Global Specialty Medicines at Teva Pharmaceuticals, USA, and from 2002 to 2014, Ms. Ladin held positions of increasing responsibility, directing financial planning and analysis operations, and serving as tax director for the U.S.
