Charlie Barker has been appointed director of Scientific Services at SNBL USA. Mr. Barker will lead all scientific technical service activities and associated personnel. He will implement and execute strategic plans, policies, and procedures to ensure toxicology services meet or exceed client needs, timelines, quality, and regulatory requirements.
 
Mr. Barker has more than 22 years of industry experience in the toxicology field and the drug development process. He previously held positions including senior director of technical operations at WuXi AppTec, operations manager at Charles River, and animal care specialist at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research.
