Robert Volk and Michael Allard have been promoted to newly-created positions at NewAge Industries as executive director of operations, and executive director of sales and marketing, respectively.
"These moves were made to keep up with the growth of our organization and planning for the future," said Ken Baker, chief executive officer. "The changes will enhance communication between teams, improve collaboration and better utilize labor resources across teams."
Mr. Volk leads the manufacturing, engineering, purchasing and warehouse departments. He previously served as director of manufacturing, responsible for planning and overseeing NewAge's thermoplastic and thermoset tubing and molded components production, as well as engineering and facility functions.
Mr. Allard has been with the company for nearly five years, serving as global sales manager for NewAge's AdvantaPure biopharma tubing, hose, Single-Use Systems and molded components. He was later promoted to director of sales with responsibility for both NewAge Industries and AdvantaPure products.
