Pharma Tech Industries has hired Thomas Crawford to join its operations team as senior director of customer service and planning. Based in the company’s Athens, GA, office he will lead a team consisting of the director of supply chain and several account managers.

As senior director of customer service and planning, Mr. Crawford will focus on further enhancing Pharma Tech’s customer service. Initiatives currently underway include stronger integration between account management and supply chain planning and expanding the roles and responsibilities of account managers to be more responsive to customer requests.  

Mr. Crawford most recently held the position of associate director of trade relations at Shionogi Pharma, where his responsibilities included day-to-day supply chain management.
