Andrew Drechsler has been appointed chief financial officer and Dr. Francisco Leon, co-founder of Provention, has been named chief scientific officer, Provention Bio, Inc.
           
As CFO, Mr. Drechsler brings more than 20 years of financial and life science industry experience and will be responsible for leading Provention's financial and capital markets activities. Mr. Drechsler previously served as chief financial officer for several Biopharmaceutical companies.
