Augustine Lawlor has been appointed director of Viriom, Inc. Mr. Lawlor has extensive operating experience in strategic business development, finance, management of mergers and acquisitions, as well as general management in the biotechnology industry.

Mr. Lawlor is currently the managing partner of HealthCare Ventures LLC, where he has worked for 17 years, and serves on the board of numerous life science companies. Previously, Mr. Lawlor served as vice president of corporate development and chief financial officer, and later as chief operating officer at LeukoSite, Inc.
