Zenith Technologies, a Cognizant Company, is collaborating with Ideagen, a leader in software products, to help customers improve business process visibility and authorized access to quality and risk management tools. 
 
The new collaboration agreement will enable Zenith to implement Ideagen’s Q-Pulse eQMS software, an advanced quality improvement tool that provides a framework to detect risk and eradicates the need for multiple legacy systems, paper-based processes, and single-use applications. 
 
The collaboration comes at a time when performance visibility is particularly critical and will ensure that Zenith customers have access to the leading quality management tools.
 
Benefits of the Ideagen Suite
 
The Ideagen Suite delivers electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) to enable organizations to fulfil their GRC (governance, risk and compliance) and QHSE (quality, health & safety and environment) obligations. Q-Pulse eQMS software enables authorized users to complete audits, risk assessments and access big data reports using the business intelligence dashboard, giving them visibility into business performance to make improvements and implement growth initiatives.
 
Q-Pulse is a cloud-based system that gives an organization complete visibility and control over their data to ensure decisions are based on intelligence and quality becomes the responsibility of everyone. Separate editions of Q-Pulse address the specific needs of the Healthcare and Life Science industries. The latest version of Q-Pulse launched last month following Ideagen’s acquisition of Qualsys.
