Aceto, a global virtual manufacturer of specialty materials for life sciences has acquired NY-based, IsleChem, a provider of chemical manufacturing, contract research and development (R&D), analytical services, and technical and support services.
 
The acquisition adds manufacturing expertise in the U.S. and access to a diversified set of products and capabilities worldwide. Aceto expects to continue to expand the workforce at IsleChem’s facility in Grand Island, NY, and bolster capabilities through additional investment in operations.
